Good practices between artists and young spectators.

Alongside the artistic experience, we shared for 10 days the co-design of good practices between artists and young spectators.

For this part, we started from the EU Youth Strategy 2019-2027 and its 11 priorities. We asked ourselves on which of these priorities the theater can become a trigger of transformation. We have identified 6:

Equality for all genders
Inclusive societies
Information and constructive dialogue
Mental health and well-being
Quality learning
Space and participation for all

Starting from the priorities, we have designed a personas for each one, the identikit of a young European for whom the achievement of the priority seems particularly relevant. Then, we asked ourselves what tools, ideas or experiences can be implemented by the cultural organizations towards these young people to respond to their needs and contribute to the realization of the goals.
